A: Yes, 90 days (3 months) on any work that we do. If the repair is not to your satisfaction, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Q: How long does a repair take?
A: For water damage, it depends on the extent of the problem, but for all other issues, it’s usually around 1 hour.
Q: How long does it take to arrange a repair.?
A: Usually with same day, but you can get it done sooner with an additional emergency call fee.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Simply call us on the phone which is answered during business hours, or leave a voice message outside of those times. You may also submit a contact form and we’ll get back to you within 12 hours, not days. And that’s a promise.
Q: Does using your service void my warranty?
A: Yes, Apple state any repairs not done by themselves will void warranty.
If your device is still under warranty and qualifies for either a warranty service or out of warranty service, then you may wish to get a replacement from Apple.
Be prepared to wait and fill out paperwork to get a refurbished unit.
However, please read your warranty information that came with your device.
Q: What if I live in an area outside your coverage zone?
A: Contact us anyway and we’ll see about getting your device fixed. We will find a repair doctor in your area and get them on the job.
Q: What if you work on my device and it’s deemed not worth fixing?
A: We charge a $25 service fee and you get device back. You might like to sell it to us for scrap parts.
